My name is Valeriia Balatska. I'm a first year student and I am from Ukraine. I'm studying Information Technology at International Faculty of Engineering. In our course, we are focusing on programming. For me personally, it is the most engaging subject. There is also quite a lot of Maths and Physics. The first week of university has been dynamic, we had various team-building projects that allowed me to interact with many new people, making the start of the university life smoother. As I progress in my studies, I feel that my professional skills are growing, and I am excited about the knowledge I've gained so far. I chose Poland because nowadays Poland is a country which evolves at an extreme rate, and I chose this university based on the excellent reviews I heard. I am interested in mobility semester especially in Germany or Switzerland. Overall, I just love how engaging the student life here is - there are a lot of different and interesting activities.
